Jeff has 21 years of
experience including all aspects of finance, accounting, systems and
back-office processes. As an integral management member of
growth-orientated companies, his responsibilities have included
development of financial and capital, system
implementation, and process improvement. His wealth of experience
extends to treasury, auditing, banking, budgeting, cost accounting,
insurance and human resources. Jeff’s experience includes
agriculture, food processing, construction, transportation,
manufacturing & business service. |
Mike has been in the steel
business for over 35 years, 30 of those with Ramark Steel. He
began his journey as production manager in 1991 and has experience
in the steel fabrication, detailing and erection business. He
has worked in management, operations, purchasing, engineering,
detailing, estimating and erection of steel structures. Mike
attended Iowa State University for Engineering and believes in
giving the customer a better product than they expected. |
Bob has 36 plus years o
diversified experience in building long term relationships in both
the construction and manufacturing industries. This experience
has resulted in the ability to combine best practices from both
segments to develop a seamless transition from conception to a
completed product. Process and performance are the basis upon
which Bob develops a plan and assembles the right team to meet the
needs of the customer. Bob has owned and managed his own
company. |

Ralph has 25 years of
varied experience in general contracting and manufacturing.
His broad range of expertise has allowed him to combine modern
building practices, systematic approaches and a variety of technical
skills to consistently deliver strong creative results to
contracting and manufacturing challenges. Ralph's experience
includes tool and machine design, lean manufacturing principles,
Kaizen Improvement Techniques and Design/Build
Contracting. |
Since 1990 Dave has worked
in operations as a fabricator lead man and manager. He brought with
him fourteen years experience in steel fabrication. David was previously
involved in the Real Estate Development area. |
Joined the Ramark team in
2002. Experienced in reading shop drawings, material layout
and fabrication of various metals. He has trained beginning
level welders, layout and production workers. Moved to
purchasing in 2006 |

July 2006. Over twenty years of drafting and detailing experience.
Knowledgeable in both drafting and shop procedures. Three years
experience in Project Management in Structural Steel projects. |
Ray has served the
manufacturing industry for twenty-seven years and joined Ramark in
August of 2005. He brought with him a background in industrial
engineering, shipping and customer service |

Dave is
a graduate of the Structural Drafting Program from the Southwestern Community College
and has a Design Data SDS/2 Detailing module certificate. Very
knowledgeable in drafting, shop standards and procedures and
has been with Ramark since 1992. |

those years in Quality Assurance, with ISO 9000 companies. ASQ
Certified Quality Technician, Certified Mechanical Inspector. |

years experience in detailing and drafting room. Twenty-five
years experience in shop fabrication. Skilled in operating
machinery. Knowledgeable in contract drawings and
specifications.
