single source contact and are responsible for every aspect of
the project once it is turned over by the sales team. Their goal is total
customer satisfaction. The timely flow and accuracy of information
from the customer through detailing, shop production, delivery and sales
is the responsibility of the project manager.
At Ramark we are designing and building a
highly engineered product. You cannot buy this product off the
shelf. Close attention must be paid to details and the changing
needs of each and every project. Each project is custom in nature
and unique at Ramark.
Our project managers welcome the
responsibility and take it seriously, because we know that if the
fabricated materials are late your entire project is at risk.
Ramark provides the necessary organization
to allow our project managers to make your project a success. All
support functions from estimating to engineering to production are made
available to the project manager providing them with the flexibility and
control. Excellent
communication is the key to a projects success and we at Ramark accept
the responsibility to continuously improve our ability to communicate
